We provide experienced, expert legal counsel and advice for grocers, mom and pop stores, and convenience stores to keep accepting EBT for items in the program. We successfully represent clients in all phases of SNAP proceedings, including:

• Helping grocers and retailers with their applications to obtain retail SNAP authorization or approvals to accept payments from state SNAP programs throughout the United States;



• Helping keep the ability of our clients to accept EBT or SNAP payments so that food stamp recipients can shop locally from our clients, grocery and other stores;



• Appealing negative decisions that affect a grocers' ability to accept EBT payments, or prevent grocers from accepting EBT payments frrom the SNAP program;



• Conducting training programs with grocers and retailers to help establish that the grocer and retailer intend to follow SNAP rules. These training can help avoid more serious remedies if a grocer allegedly violated one of the SNAP rules.
